President
Scott leads SPI’s strategic direction, innovation, and provides the overall vision for the organization. With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Scott has been involved in all aspects of the pipeline and facility sectors, starting in the field and working up to Senior Management.
Derrick Mysko
Senior Vice President
Derrick leads strategic planning with SPI's leadership team to execute SPI’s vision. With over 25 years of experience in finance, operations, and project management, he has a proven track record of delivering successful projects to clients throughout western Canada.
Duncan Wilson
Vice President - Construction
Duncan is responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and field operations. Duncan brings 25 years of experience in pipeline construction, with a strong background in project delivery and field leadership. He spent over a decade as a Pipeline Superintendent managing large-scale projects before transitioning into Construction Management.
John McQuade
Vice President - PMO
John brings over 30 years of experience in pipeline construction, including more than 20 years in construction management. He has worked on pipeline and integrity projects across Western Canada and plays a key role with SPI overseeing day-to-day project activity. John also provides constructability insight and supports project estimating.
Shafina Kurji
Vice President - Finance
Shafina is a Chartered Professional Accountant and is the leader of SPI’s Finance, Human Resources and Legal teams, bringing extensive experience in finance to her role. Shafina is responsible for overseeing SPI’s M&A activities, legal affairs, insurance matters, and financial operations, including financial reporting, accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
Jason Holland, CRSP
Vice President - QHSE
Jason is responsible for the management and continuous improvement of SPI’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environment programs. With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Jason has held the positions of WorkSafeBC Occupational Safety Officer, Construction Safety Officer, HSE Manager, Director and VP.
Teralyn Tully
Manager - Community Relations
Teralyn is dedicated to fostering respectful, collaborative relationships with partners and communities. With nearly a decade of experience in community engagement—focused on Indigenous Affairs and program development—she is committed to meaningful, inclusive, and mutually beneficial partnerships.
